ABOUT YOUR ORDER
- When my order will be shipped?
All our bags take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to complete and ship an order.
- Can I change my delivery address？
You can contact us via email at support@etherealcraft.co to update your delivery address. It's best to make the change as early as possible.
- How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
It usually takes 10 - 14 business days
- I ordered the wrong bag!
No need to worry ;)
If you've ordered the wrong bag, please send us an email immediately at support@etherealcraft.co
Depending on the currency you ordered in and the price of the bag, we may be able to directly modify your order.
If that's not possible, we'll offer to cancel the order and you will have to place an order for the correct bag
ABOUT RETURNS
- How to request a return?
To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@etherealcraft.co within 14 days of receiving your package, including the name of the product to be returned and your order number.
As per our Returns Policy, returns are the responsibility of the customer. Our return address is in Hong Kong and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request.
Once received and verified, we will process the refund to the card used for payment.
